About the event
This two-day workshop will explore the latest innovations of Lean Six Sigma in industry and their impact.
The training focuses on the main theories presented by Dr. Erick Jones, the head of Lean Six Sigma at IISB (ISCEA International Standards Board).
The theories of Lean Six Sigma must be understood at all levels to support company and business improvement. It is crucial to ensure that everyone has a white and yellow belt level of knowledge. He theorizes that, to empower all workers, everyone must receive formal training and certifications before being assigned to projects.
The workshop includes a special section that covers the usage of AI Tools for Lean Six Sigma.
ISCEA Certification
The training sessions meet the ISCEA International Standards Board requirements for taking the ISCEA certification exams, which will also be available.
